He was predeceased by: his daughter Kristina Hall Campbell; his parents, F. Neal Hall and Violet Hall; and his sister Marie Hall Newman. He is survived by: his wife Javonne Parker; his children, William David Hall (Ann) and Lisa Hall Mckee (Mike); his grandchildren, William Douglas Hall (Leslie), Michael Gibson, Kristen Hall Fairchild (Drew) and Micah Mckee; his great grandchildren, Hadley Hall, Lila Hall, Madeline Hall and Arie Fairchild; his brother Louis; his sister-in-law Janice Kennedy; and his son-in-law Junior Campbell.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Lupus Foundation in loving memory of his daughter, Kristy.
