Gary Ubben Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Gary Ubben (Lenoir City, Tennessee). Gary, born on January 16, 1935, passed away on October 11, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Ubben to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ubben and Gladys Ubben; and his grandfather Doc-Doc. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Sharon Yarbrough; his great grandchildren, Gerrod, Gazelle Ubben, Alex, Chris Schaefer, Keiran, Rory, Cullen Pirie, Kaley Hayes (Eric), Casey Yarbrough, Sutton Yarbrough, Calisie Adair and Ellie Scruggs; his pet Legend; Ginny, Bill Teitelbaum, Gail, Chris Schaefer, Rachael, Kevin Seddon, Greg, Alicia Ubben, Tammye, Gordon Pirie, James and AnnaLee Yarbrough. He is also survived by his daughters and son.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Central United Methodist Church (301 Hickory Creek Rd, Lenoir City, TN 37771). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
