He is survived by: his wife Janet Cooper; his children, Sandra McKelley (Dennis) of Shelby, MI, John Cooper (Jane) of Greenville, SC, Linda Gouge of Knoxville, TN, Marcia Welch of Knoxville, TN, Dr. Gary Cooper of Knoxville, TN and Lisa Goodkind (Tom) of Gaithersburg, MD; his grandchildren, Meghan Weber (Dan), Dr. Ryan McKelley (Molly), Brandon McKelley (Danielle), Zachary Cooper, Dylan Cooper, Eliza Diamond, Tucker Diamond, Jonathan Gouge, Dr. Lauren Gouge, Matthew Welch (Sarah), Michael Welch, Jacob Welch (Robert Schloss), Thomas Cooper, Dr. John Cooper (Alexandra Kornbluh), Nicholas Cooper, Christopher Goodkind, Daniel Goodkind and Grace Goodkind; and his great grandchildren, Clara Weber, Mary Weber, Kathryn Weber, James Weber, Charlotte Weber, Madeline McKelley, Annabel McKelley, Ethan McKelley, Gwenyth McKelley, Connor Welch and Adrian Cooper.
