She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Decker; her parents, Robert Spiva and Lydia Spiva; her daughter Lori Ann Micheau; her grandsons, Clifford R. Smith and Gary Ben Parris, Jr. (Infant); and her siblings, Paul, Ruby, Mattie, Frances and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Underwood (Teresa), Lisa Smith (Eddie Wayne) and Sherry Parris; and her brother Burkett Spiva. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home, Inc. (109 S Walnut St, Lenoir City, TN 37771). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeview Cemetery City Park.
