She was predeceased by: her daughter Shannon Dotson; her parents, Hollis DeWitt and Julia DeWitt; her siblings, Eddie, Dan, Buford DeWitt and Joyce Anderson; her in-laws, Clyde and Pauline Dotson; and her sister-in-law Sandra Docteur.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Dotson; her daughters, Misti Dotson, Miranda Eads (Randy) and Kayla Dotson (Brian Margrave); her grandchildren, Brett Sande and Myla Bolling; her great grandchildren, Rozalin, Leighton, Memphis Sande and Rylen Hall; her sisters, Brenda Enoch (Ed) and Robbi Schrimpser (Mike); and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Amburn (Lamar), Carolyn McGee (Buddy), Deborah Roberts and Karen Phillips (Jack). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Funeral Home, Inc. (109 S Walnut St, Lenoir City, TN 37771). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Lakeview Cemetery City Park.
