She was predeceased by: her father Charles Goins; and her siblings, Charles Milton "Buddy" Goins, Kenneth Ray Goins, Ronald Edward Goins, Cecil Clifton Goins, Danny Hershel Goins, Patsy Lou Goins, Dallis Ann Goins and Becky Carolyn Meade.
She is survived by: her husband David Nelson; her children, David Scott Nelson (Connie) of Knoxville, Darwin Dewayne Nelson (Angela) of Madisonville, Kimberly Kaye Blevins (Lonnie) of Cleveland and Gwenetta Joyce West (Tony) of Cleveland; and her sister Anna Mae Russell of LaFollette. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; and a host of other friends and relatives.
