She was predeceased by: her parents, Loria James O'Neal and Essie Parris O'Neal; her husbands, Mayford Perkey and Albert Helmick; her sister Ernestine George; her grandchildren, Kimberly Norman and Coty Bluford; and her stepsons, Kim and David Helmick.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Hall (Bud), Barbara Grant and Randy Perkey (Denise); her stepsons, Gary Helmick (Bobbie) and Glenn Helmick (Delinda); and her grandchildren, Tony Hall (Kimberly), Tammy McKinley (Brian), Lori Ingram (Chris), Gary Lynn Harvey (Lisa), Jacob Satterfield, Ross Grant, Randi Lee Pickett (Brandon), Amanda Smith and David Taylor (Ivy). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home, Inc. (109 S Walnut St, Lenoir City, TN 37771). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Joy Ministry of Highland Park Baptist Church, 4333 Highway 11, Lenoir City, TN 37772.
