David Michael Choate, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Coleen Choate; his grandsons, Joshua (Bailey Choate) and Andy (Natalie Choate); his great grandchildren, Corin Mynatt, Briar Choate, Henry Choate and Lydia Choate; his sister Suzie; and his brother-in-law Randy Hill (Darlene White).
