He was predeceased by: his father Ray Foley, Sr.; his sister Cathy Foley; and his grandparents, Henry, Carrie Asher, W. J. and Margaret Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Danielle Fassett; his children, Adam Fassett and Rachel Foley; his mother Jewell A. Foley; and his aunts and uncles, Becky (Noel Davidson), Richard (Janice Foley), James (Sunny Foley) and Henrietta Handy.
