He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Hooper and Mollie Huntley Hooper; and his siblings, Eunice Cocke, Eula Mae Garner, Earl Hooper, Elton Hooper and Eulan Hooper.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Hunt Hooper of Leoma, TN; his children, Wendell "Bruce" Hooper (Jacinta) of Leoma, TN, Christy Faye Prentice (Larry) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Rhonda "Boo" Brown (Richie) of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his brother Everett Hooper of Leoma, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
