She was predeceased by : her parents, William Estel and Ruby Leona Williams Frazier; her husband Warren Kent Hooker, Jr.; her children, Christy Shults and William E. Hooker; and her brothers, Billy D. Frazier and Bobby G. Frazier.

She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Lynn Hand of Leoma, TN, Michael Warren Hooker of Lawrenceburg, TN and John Kent Hooker (Kim) of Leoma, TN; and her daughter-in-law Linda Sue Hooker of Lawrenceburg, TN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be made to The Memorial Scholarship Foundation at Leoma Church of Christ.
