He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Ruth McCory McLean; his stepfather Gene McLean; and his brother Marty Maynard. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Maynard; his sister-in-law Anita Lee (Freddie); his sister Anna Childress (George); his nephews, Dustin and Ben; his wife Jamie Weaver Maynard; and his sister-in-law Rita Anne Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
