Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Billy leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Turner and Nancy Estes Turner; and his grandsons, Daniel Summer and Curtis Summer. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Fralix Turner; and his children, Sherri Durham (Roger) of Delrose, TN, Rita Spivey of Lewisburg, Steve Turner of Lewisburg, Jimmy Turner of Lewisburg and Troy Turner (Lynn) of Lewisburg. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
