Tanner of California and Evelyn Campen of Fayetteville; his half-brother William Baker of Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Donald W. Case, Daniel Robert Case, Dale L. Case, Karen Barnes and Lisa Campen. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
