She is survived by: her husband Wayne Phillips; her son Jason Lee Phillips, Sr.; her grandsons, Hunter Phillips and Jason Lee Phillips, II; and her siblings, Barbara Creecy of Pulaski, Connie Kimbro of Pulaski and Don Creecy of Pulaski.
