She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Blackwell and Maggie Dunnivant Blackwell; her husband Henderson Thomas Collins; her grandsons, Christopher Wayne Jett and Garry Wayne Jett; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Darlene Jett; and her siblings, Virgie Lee Parks, Maizie Effie Taylor, Hershel Blackwell Jr., Clarence Ed Blackwell and Hershel Blackwell.
She is survived by: her sons, Frankie Lane Jett of Lewisburg, Terry Jett (Vicki) of Belfast, Tim Jett of Lewisburg and Phillip Jett of Lewisburg; and her sister-in-law Kathy Hobby. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lone Oak Cemetery (200 Lone Oak Dr, Lewisburg, TN 37091). A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
