He is survived by: his children, Sheila Hickman (David), Mark Haynes (Mary) of Ethridge, Nathan Haynes (Susan) of Cornersville and Joseph Haynes (Melissa) of Laws Hill.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
