He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd L. Chunn, Paul Mullins and Maxine Mullins. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Leonard and Melissa Chunn Mullins; and his grandmother Lynda Eley Chunn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
