We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2025, at the age of 89, Harold Loyd Long of Lewisburg, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Long and Elsie Stalcup Long; and his brothers, Billy Long and Elmer Long. He is survived by: his wife Edith Kay Stout; his children, J. D., James D. Long (Shari), Jan, Janet Pomerantz, Johnny, John Long (Beverly) and Joe Long (Becky); his grandchildren, Nate Long (Charity), Michelle Jones (Jonathan), Treena Mackinlay (Chris), Amy Sanchez (Elyar), Jonathan Long, David Long (Grayson) and Cameron Pomerantz; and his siblings, Wilma Speaks, Kay O'Donnell and Leslie Long. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the London Funeral Home and Crematory (324 W Church St, Lewisburg, TN 37091). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Lone Oak Cemetery (200 Lone Oak Dr, Lewisburg, TN 37091).
