He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewell Thomas McDaniel and Martha Jones Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Margaret McDaniel; his children, Jamie Siimpoeg of Virginia and Marcus McDaniel of Lewisburg; his siblings, Chris McDaniel (Karen) of Lewisburg and Sonya Boyce (Mitchell) of Shelbyville; and his sisters-in-law, Dottie Brown, Lori Waters and Karen Palmer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital in his memory.
