He was predeceased by : his parents, Bertha Mae and Charlie Gentry, Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Jackie O'Neal Gentry; and his daughters, Danielle O'Neal and Elissa Gentry. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
