It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Blalock of Lewisburg, Tennessee, who passed away on September 14, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Benton and Ora Mae Young Holder; her husband Thomas Blalock; her grandparents, Scott and Betty Young; and her sons, Lance Blalock and Mark Blalock.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Blalock (Estell), Anita Harwell (Frankie), Monty Thompson (Barry) and Leslie Blalock (Trina); her great grandchildren, Kris (Kara), Jason (Devann), Curry, Jessica (Chesley), Newton, Tiffany Wentzel, Daniel (Lindsey), Tyler (Kendra), Benton (Amber), Thompson, Amber Blalock and Cole Blalock; her sister Sandra Sanders; her friends, Peggy McClendon, Jim, Carolyn Bingham, Barbara, Marion Whitsett, Forrest, Peggy Barrom, Debbie Jett, Polly Calahan and Donna Wright; Amy Blalock. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
