We announce the death of Lisa (Mealer) Cross of Lewisburg, Tennessee, who passed away on August 22, 2026, at the age of 49. Lisa will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Danny Mealer; and her grandparents, Kniowlen, Annie B. Sanders, D. J. and Virginia Mealer.
She is survived by: her mother Sherry Sanders Mealer; her husband Troy Cross of Lewisburg; her sons, Eli of Lewisburg and Jake Cross of Lewisburg; her sister Candy Hobbs (Brian) of Lynnville; and her nieces and nephews, Madison, Audrey, Annie Hobbs, Ashley Short, Abby Hall, Hannah Swinney, Zach Cross and Evan Cross.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests donations be made in her memory to First Baptist Church of Lewisburg, 323 N. 2nd Avenue, Lewisburg, TN 37091 or to the Marshall County Cancer Foundation, P O Box 82 Belfast, TN 37019.
