He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Carrel Farler, James Wilburn, Wayne and Rebecca Crabtree; and his aunt Nancy London.
He is survived by : his parents, Malcolm Crabtree and Suzanne Wilburn Crabtree; his wife Amanda Fenton Crabtree of Lewisburg; his children, Hannah Grace Crabtree of Petersburg, Madison Fayth Crabtree Pigg of Petersburg and Miles Hayden Crabtree of Lewisburg; his grandfather David Farler; his niece Cadence Redd; his nephew Camden Redd of Lewisburg; his sister Megan Adams (Blake) of Lewisburg; and his stepdaughter Rebecca Fenton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marshall County Recovery Court.
