He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Willoughby and J. B. Willoughby; and his siblings, Robert Earl, James, Ed Willoughby and Ruth Barron.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Willoughby; his children, Cathey Willoughby, Cindy Terrell and Danny Willoughby; his grandchildren, Brian Abernathy, Bonnie Rogers, Erica Wilson, Jeffery Terrell, Ashley Terrell and Becca Willoughby; and his sister Mamie Cochran. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Church Street Church of Christ, 305 West Church Street, Lewisburg, TN 37091, in his memory.
