We announce the death of Paul Clark Cook of Lewisburg, Tennessee, who passed away on August 2, 2026, at the age of 81. Paul will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper "Jack" Cook and Annie B. James Cook; and his sisters, Mary Lou Anderson and Ruth Masters. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cook; his sons, Ronald Clark Cook and Timothy Paul Cook (Gala); his grandchildren, Stormie Brooke Smith (Adam), Rivers LaVale Cook, Ayne-Marie Cook and Daniel Cook (Brooke); his great grandchildren, Kallie Sage Smith and Woodrow Marlin Smith; and his sister Pauline Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
