He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Allen and Rexine Sloan; his wife Shari Allen (TerBush); and his cousin Gerald "Gerry" Allen (Debbie). He is survived by: his children, Matt Allen (Jasmine), Taylour Seo (Eric) and Kristin Aldridge (Blake); his grandchildren, Emmalyn Seo and Naleigh Seo; his pet Mia; his siblings, Kim Allen, Tim Allen and Tonja Allen (David); his aunt Janice Allen (Russell); his cousin Jason Allen; and his nephews, Chandler Wingler and Joseph Parillo IV.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations/memorial contributions in Dr. Allen's name to the Tennessee Chiropractic Research & Education Foundation.
