He is survived by: his children, Tara Lashwood (Bryan), Jennifer Brook Seymour (Rod) and Sheldon Dodson; his siblings, Scott Dodson (Charlotte) and Patty Blalock-Parsons (Hillard); his grandchildren, Arianna, Alex and Sarah; and his nieces and nephews, Kris Blalock (Kara), Tyler Blalock (Kendra) and Maria Stinnett (Gary). He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
