He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smithson of Lewisburg, TN; his daughter Jessica Griffith (Brent) of Murfreesboro, TN; his mother Joan Anderson (Loyd) of Spring Hill, TN; and his brothers, Troy Crutcher (Jennifer) and Ronnie "Mo" Crutcher (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
