He was predeceased by : his mother Esther Mae Moye Ruff; and his brother Billy Ruff. He is survived by : his wife Janice Moye; his father Lloyd Ruff; his children, Stacey Moye, Tammy Garber (Chris) and Elaine Gilmer (Tammy); his sister Annette Hawkins (Joe); and his granddaughter Alexis Garber. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
