She is survived by: her boyfriend Michael Davis; her siblings, Levi Adams (Darlene), Joe Adams (Carolyn), Ann Stone (Bobby) and Janie Hurt; her children, Wayne Tart (Nikki), Tammie Fish (Darren) and Teresa Oliver (Ron); her grandchildren, Colton Phillips, Taryn Phillips and Scott Fish; her niece Addison Cochran; and her nephew Mason Cochran.
