He was predeceased by: his father Hercy Lee Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Wayne, Jr., Cindy Coffman (Chris), Becky Claybrook and Brooke Foley; his grandchildren, Kenneth Holmes, Danal Wood (Amanda), Lindsey Turner (Peyton), C. J. Claybrook, Fisher Holmes, Jackson Coffman and Summer Foley; his great grandchildren, Beau Turner and Allie Jo Wood; and his friends, Melissa and Jadyn Tart.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the American Heart Association, St. Jude, the Humane Society, or your local church in his memory.
