She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Johnson Sr. and Lizzie Mae Johnson; her husband Grady Yarbrough; her son Dean Morris Johnson; and her siblings, William Earl Johnson, Virginia Ann Campbell, Clint Harmon Johnson and Rose Marie Everett.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Rosalind Johnson; her grandchildren, Sedric Crawford (Shawanda) and Devan Johnson; her great grandchildren, Andrew Crawford and Jamescia Mason; her great great grandchild Emery Esaw; and her siblings, Samuel Johnson Jr., Beulah Leana Gordon, Arlinda Johnson, James Massey and Shirley Payne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
