He was predeceased by: his son Kenneth Ray Tart; his parents, Watkins Albert and Sally Arminnie Lee; and his brothers, Robert E. Lee and Johnny Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Fonda Lee; his daughters, Darlene Gore (Billy) and Janet Flanagan (Kelly); his grandchildren, Christopher Ryan Flanagan, Matthew Tyler Flanagan, Katlyn Michelle Flanagan, Eric Thomas and Tiffany Hardee; and his great grandchildren, Braxton Thomas, Alex Thomas, Jestina Thomas, Jeslan Hardee and Waylon Hardee.
