She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Sr. Rogers and Mildred Rogers; her brother Peter Rogers Jr.; her son Mickey Hansel; and her in-laws, Carl and Dorthey Hansel.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Hansel Sr.; her siblings, Richard Rogers (Janet) of Lexington, TN, Etta Morgan (Mike) of Illinois, Katie Weaver of Darden, TN and Krissy Spann (Randy) of Illinois; her sons, Joe "Smokey" Hansel Jr. of Darden, TN, Jason Hansel (Stephanie) of Lexington, TN and Jacob Hansel (Megan) of Huron, TN; her grandchildren, Carl Hansel (Sydney), Samantha Hansel (Patrick), Hannah Phelps, Elizabeth Hansel, Steven Hansel, Bryleigh Hansel and Emily Hansel; her sister-in-law Faye Rogers of Illinois; and her daughter-in-law Meredith Hansel of Florida. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Stanfill Funeral Home & Cremation (200 Pine Dr, Lexington, TN 38351). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
