He was predeceased by: his parents, William Floyd Smith and Lula Davis Smith; his siblings, Randy Floyd Smith, Leroy Smith, Sue Climer, Ruby Knight and Shirley Mathis; and his granddaughters, Kimberly Ann Smith and Amelia Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Smith; his children, Robbie Wood (Derek), Bobby Smith (Holly) and Jeremy Smith (Melissa); his grandchildren, Josh Wood, Matthew Wood and Allison Smith; and his sisters, Judy Hensley (late Randall) and Kathy Tubbs (Larry).
