He was predeceased by: his parents, JC Halters (Cebe) and Alma Lee Halters. He is survived by: his siblings, Angie James (Charles) and Kyle Halters; his wife Lila Halters; and his children, Rudy Grice (Rebekah), Gina Clark, Wes Halters (Alex), Lila Montgomery (Jason) and Felicia Simpson (Joe). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Reeds Chapel (302 W Church St, Lexington, TN 38351). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
