It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Levie Sue Melton in Lexington, Tennessee, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Doc" Melton; and her parents, Ollie Cannon and Dora Bee Cannon. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Fesmire (late Jimmy); her grandchildren, Derek Fesmire (Tiffany), Janna Beth Shaull (Bart) and Landon Fesmire (Christina); her great grandchildren, Jacob Fesmire (Mary), Madelyn Fesmire, Matthew Fesmire, Alex Fesmire, Carter Shaull (Elli) and Cooper Shaull; and her great great grandchild Lincoln Fesmire.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sand Ridge Baptist Church (7535 US-412, Lexington, TN 38351). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at the Sand Ridge Cemetery.
