She was predeceased by : her husband Weldon Fleming; and her stepson Dale Fleming. She is survived by : her stepchildren, Tracey Fleming (Susan) of Crosby and Debbie Thomas (James) of Cleveland; her brother Gary Don Stanley (Judy) of Lexington; and her nephews, Michael Stanley, Gary Neil Stanley and Timothy Stanley. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, she requested memorials to be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105-9959.
