He was predeceased by : his parents, Arie Duke and Della Fesmire Duke; his wife Joyce Campbell Duke; his son Robin Duke; and his siblings, James Duke and Wilma Wallace.
He is survived by : his daughter Kim Allen (David); his sister Brenda Huey; his grandsons, Zach Allen (Erin) and Max Allen (Kristin); and his great grandchildren, Everly, Hayes and Graham.
