Montgomery of Lexington, Tennessee, born in Decatur, Tennessee, who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Voyd Montgomery; and his siblings, Betty Sue Bingham, Marie Chalk, Martha Bawcum, Robert and Hollis Montgomery.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Emma Montgomery; his children, Kevin Montgomery (Joy), Ricky Montgomery (Suzye) and Deanna Montgomery; his grandchildren, Justin Montgomery, Jessica Montgomery and Anna Montgomery; his sisters, Bobbie Moore, Ann Halkiades (Paul) and Norma Jean Oliver; and his sister-in-law Betty Boyd. He is also survived by four step grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Carl Perkins Center.
