He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lewis Grooms of Lexington; his children, Marty Grooms (Brandy) of Lexington and Gennifer Leslie (David) of Lexington; his siblings, Roy Grooms of Scotts Hill and Linda Brown of Walls, MS; his grandchildren, Hannah Leslie, Michael Leslie, Taylor Grooms and Maci Grooms; and his stepgrandchildren, Connor Rich and Camryn Rich.
