She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Wiley Sipes and Marie Sipes; and her siblings, James Wiley Sipes, Evelyn Ruth Rhodes and Lela Mae Maness.

She is survived by: her husband Barney Moore; her children, Deana Fox (late Kenny), Tammy Hamlett (Jason) and Brooks Cross (Cindy); her grandchildren, Michael Lee Fox (Lisa), Dylan Dewayne Fox (Destiny), Ethan Ray Fox, Hailey Marie Hamlett, Payton Cross (Haylee) and Landon Cross; and her great grandchildren, Averie, Kinley Jaxon, Asher, Raelynn and Hattie Lee.
