He was predeceased by : his father Jimmy Underhill. He is survived by : his mother Lilly Ann Leach Snell (Roger Pitts) of Murfreesboro; his wife Lesly Ann Brown Underhill of Liberty; his children, Mary Beth Underhill (Clarence Webb) of Liberty and Dustin Kane Underhill of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Tanner Hill, Skye Underhill, Greyson Underhill, Wynter Underhill, Lexi Underhill, Kenleigh Underhill and Dustin Underhill; his sisters, Jennifer Dover (Tim) of Dickson and Crystal McAll (J. J.) of Carthage; his stepmother Wilma Underhill of Murfreesboro; and his stepbrother Byron McClain of Franklin.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Woodbury Funeral Home (504 W Main St, Woodbury, TN 37190). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Gunter - Grizzle Cemetery.
