It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Hammer of Limestone, Tennessee, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnny Hammer and Sarah Mae Hammer (Hayes); and his sisters, Ruth Stockton (Polie), Blanche Burgner (Sam), Blonde Kimery (Frank), Mary Nell Kimery (Edgar) and Cleo Wilhoit (Herman).

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Hammer (Burgner); his children, Rev. Randy Hammer (Mary Lou) of Oak Ridge, TN, Tim Hammer (Candace Crawford) of Limestone and Lisa Morrow (Roger) of Limestone; his grandchildren, Nathan Hammer (Jewel) of Oxford, MS, Kristin Evans (Todd) of Brentwood, TN, Eric Morrow of Limestone, Kelsey Garland (Derrick) of Jonesborough and Kayla Wilkerson (Jared) of Johnson City; and his brother-in-law James Burgner. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; eight nieces and nephews.
