She was predeceased by : her parents, Virginia Mae King (Lampkins) and Ray L. Thompson. She is survived by : her husband Gerald "Bush" Jones; her sons, Mark Ketron (Trish) and John Ketron (Belinda); her siblings, Brenda Taylor (Kenny), Tommy and Marvin Thompson; her stepmother Dolores Thompson; her niece Jenny Church (Neil); her great-nephews, Keegan and Konnor Beck; her grandchildren, David Ketron (Alexis), LauraBeth Ketron, Billy Ketron and Jason Ketron (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Larson and Mason Ketron.

In lieu of flowers, the Jones family has requested donations be made in Diana's memory to Homeland Baptist Church, 2504 Hawaii St. Kingsport, TN 37660.
