He is survived by : his wife Sandy; his sons, Jimmy Powell (Sue) of Brentwood, TN, Mike Powell (India) of Johnson City, TN and Jeff Powell of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Jennifer Von, Heiden (Andy) of Brentwood, TN, Jay Powell of Columbia, TN, David Powell of Brentwood, TN, Michael Lee Powell of Johnson City, TN, Whitney Powell of Cleveland, OH, Henry Powell of Knoxville, TN and Anna Powell of Denver, CO; his great grandchildren, James Christian Von, Mary Grace Von and Heiden of Brentwood, TN; and his brothers, Richard Powell of Johnson City, TN and Charles Powell (Lila). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
