He was predeceased by : his parent Shelby Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Moore, Harold, Marlin, Kenneth Gray and Marilyn Narron.
He is survived by : his wife Sue Foster; his son Daniel Foster (Kim) of Limestone; his grandchildren, Chase Foster (Allison) of Telford and Logan Foster of Limestone; his siblings, Earmen Foster (Wanda) of Chuckey, Brison Foster (Kate) of Chuckey and Jean Moore of Jonesborough; and his sisters-in-law, Vivian Baker (Doug) of Johnson City and Wanda Stell of Beaumont, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
