He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Dishner and Mildred Dishner; his son Lonnie K. Dishner; his siblings, Roy Dishner, Lenday Tipton and Frankie Housewright; and his brothers-in-law, Blaine Houswright, Wade Tipton, Jake Tipton and Raymond Estepp.
He is survived by : his children, Penny and Frank; his children-in-law, Brian White and Mary Dishner; and his sisters, Evelyn Tipton and Fay Estepp. He is also survived by several grandkids; several nieces and nephews.
