Penny Bolinger Obituary

She was predeceased by : her children, Paul Randall Bolinger and Deannie Paula Lynn Bolinger; her parents, Lydia (Allen Banks) and Allen (Charlene Anderson); and her parents-in-law, Dean and Shirley Bolinger.

She is survived by : her former life partner Randy Bolinger; her pet Bernie; her aunts and uncles, Lillian Kirk, Doyle Voiles, Norman Voiles, Cecil, Peg Voiles and Marvin Voiles; her cousin Bernice Voiles; and her brothers-in-law, Doug (Denise Jones), Ken (Pam Price), Don Bolinger and Marshall Bolinger. She is also survived by special friends: the Ya-Ya's; sisters-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
